Tidy lawns, crisp edges and driveways that look brand new, handled by a husband-and-wife team who show up when we say we will. Proudly serving the New Smyrna Beach & Edgewater area.
We're Josh and Kelsey Kennedy, a husband-and-wife lawn and property maintenance team right here on Florida's coast. Kennedy's Kuts is built on one simple idea: do great work and be someone our neighbors can count on.
When you call, you talk to us. When we're on your property, it's us doing the work. No call centers, no rotating crews. Just honest, careful work and a yard you're proud to come home to.
"Small business, big care. Your yard, done right."
From weekly mowing to a full yard rescue, plus pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, patios and more.
Even, healthy cuts at the right height for Florida turf.
Sharp, clean lines along driveways, sidewalks and beds.
Clippings and debris cleared off every hard surface.
Trimmed tight around fences, posts, trees and tight spots.
Beds and borders cleared by hand, roots and all.
Shrubs and hedges shaped neat and kept in check.
Overgrown or storm-tossed? We'll get it back in shape.
Yard waste and debris loaded up and gone.
Salt air, mildew and everyday grime don't stand a chance. We bring hard surfaces back to a fresh, clean look.
We've been quietly working on something special for 2027. We can't spill the details just yet, but if you love what we do now, you're going to love what's coming.
Same Josh & Kelsey. Same numbers. Same care. Stay tuned. π
